Nurture your mind and body in this immersive full-body listening experience.
You'll start the session with connecting and chanting in preparation for deep rest. Audra will then guide you in Yoga Nidra meditation as she takes you on a multidimensional sound journey by merging her voice with vibrations from the Quartz crystal bowls, chimes, and the gong to activate your body's natural healing systems. 
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation technique that induces the state of consciousness between sleeping and waking. The combination of sound and Yoga Nidra together will help replenish your entire being. 
Most of the session will be spent lying down - feel free to bring eye pillows or anything else to maximize your comfort. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are available in the classroom.

Yoga Wall is a practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These wall props bring support to yoga poses so that precision and fine-tuning can be worked on, as well as a deeper level of understanding.

Join Gillian for a series of workshops where you'll explore a variety of yoga asanas with the Yoga Wall! Each session will be centered around a theme of practice. Appropriate for all levels, no prior experience required! 

March 2 Standing poses, twists, and forward bends

November 9 Banish the blues- a restorative workshop
