Cassie Coulas
Cassie Coulas
Master Pilates Instructor

Cassie's teaching style is compassionate, nurturing, thoughtful, and light-hearted. She deeply delights in her connections with clients and the opportunity to do good in the world.

Her movement journey began with t-ball at age 6, and her first ballet class at age 9. During her years of professional dance and BFA study in NYC, Cassie encountered multiple ankle sprains and a compression fracture. These setbacks built her resilience, patience, and persistence.

Fueled by her own injury recoveries and a desire to better assist others like her, Cassie became an eternal student, and a self-proclaimed anatomy nerd. In addition to her certifications in Barre, Pilates, and Yoga, she holds specialties in Functional Anatomy, Cancer Exercise, Prenatal Pilates, Adaptive Dance, and has completed training through The Harkness Center for Dance Injuries.

Outside of teaching, she's "Aunt Cass" to two amazing nieces, a member of the Dr. Brenè Brown Ultimate Fan Club, a forever show-choir kid, volunteer, and daydreamer.
