With over two decades of experience, Alex has dedicated himself to guiding students of all ages toward physical empowerment. His journey in fitness began with traditional strength training, evolving into a comprehensive approach encompassing various modalities, including yoga, Pilates, cycling, plyometrics, and personalized exercises tailored to individual requirements.
Alex has helped clients lose weight, gain muscle, build body awareness, prepare for competitive events and develop life-long healthy habits.
Outside of the gym, Alex's interests include riding bikes, playing trombone, creating art, software development, and teaching.
