BODYBUILDING
Bodybuilding is a type of strength training that uses progressive exercise to develop muscle tissue. The end goal of a bodybuilder is to transform the body into a strong, lean, and aesthetically balanced physique. Workouts are usually specific to an area of the body, performed multiple days and week, and train different areas of the body on different days.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
While bodybuilding focused on muscles, functional training focuses on the movement of the body. Functional training is getting a lot of attention these days and for good reason, as it improves strength, stability, and mobility. Functional training is defined as performing exercises that support activities in daily life – these exercises go beyond the gym.
