MEDITATION CHALLENGE
December 1st-December 31st
You may be familiar with our annual Fitness Challenge which encourages folks to stay on top of their physical health regime. This is the same approach except it is geared towards the health of your mind. For the entire month of December we will be offering a daily guided meditation on our website. The meditations will be led by a stellar line up of Castle Hill yoga teachers and seasoned meditators to give you a daily dose of sanity throughout the holidays. The Meditation Challenge is free to participate in and requires no experience or religious affiliation. All you need is 15 minutes out of your day and a desire to bring stillness and presence into your life. Click here* to enroll now**.

December 6th: Meditation led by Castle Hill yoga instructor Ashley Cheng. Join her three days a week for Forest Yoga at Castle Hill. *Please note that this meditation includes some breathing techniques and pregnant women should skip the breath retention part.
December 7th: Meditation led by Castle Hill yoga instructor Kori Jones. Wrap up your weekend on a chill note by taking her weekly Sunday night restorative yoga class at Castle Hill.

I’m pretty sure that the people that can’t get the Audio to work are using mobile devices. It won’t play for me either and I am using an iPhone 5S.
Okay now I don’t know. It took a while to load, but then it played. My guess is that mobile devices must first load the entire audio clip (19 minutes of audio takes a while to load if your internet is slow). I have an iPhone 5S.
Thanks for the feedback! I believe you are correct. The meditations play on my iPhone 6 but the audio clip needs to be downloaded entirely before it will play in many browsers, which will be MUCH faster over Wifi or a wired connection rather than over a 3G/4G network. I’ll see if we can add buffering. -Alex
I still cannot get the meditation to work. I am using a PC with Firefox.
Seems to work on Safari and not on Firefox on my Macbook.
Thank you all so much for this fabulous gift. I’m really enjoying it and it’s just what I need.
(FWIW, I cannot access the audio from my workplace, undoubtedly due to some tech limitations there, but it plays just fine from the same browsers on my home PC and on my Android phone.)
Still not working for me either. I am on a desktop Mac using Foxfire.

Thank you for providing these daily meditations. This is helping keep me on track with my morning meditations. Plus I feel supported and nurtured having a guide! These are coming at a great time of year that is full of stress and emotions.
Thank you so much for this fabulous gift! I am listening on my phone with headphones. I am noticing though that when we are left to meditate on our own, I can hear what the presenter is doing in the background. (Typing, moving, etc) is there any way to mute that?

The December 14th meditation appears to be cut off during the facial relaxation.
First, thank you for offering this Meditation Challenge. I am loving the opportunity to meditate (almost) every day. Second, I ran into the same problem that Kristen mentioned with the 12/14 meditation. It cut off rather abruptly in the middle of the facial relaxation. In case this helps, I’m listening on an Android phone.
I was able to listen this morning, now in pm none of the audio clips show up. I am using Safari on iPhone 6 FYI
