Yoga Wall is a practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These wall props bring support to yoga poses so that precision and fine-tuning can be worked on, as well as a deeper level of understanding.

Join Gillian for a series of workshops where you'll explore a variety of yoga asanas with the Yoga Wall! Each session will be centered around a theme of practice. Appropriate for all levels, no prior experience required!

About Gillian
A certified Iyengar Yoga instructor who began her yoga practice in 1996, Gillian teaches with clear and precise verbal and visual instructions, and brings a sense of joy and humor to the class.
