TREAT YOURSELF TO A DREAMY YOGA NIDRA RESET AND SOOTHING SOUND

Join Leti for an afternoon of self-care as we turn down the nervous system towards a state of relaxation and rejuvenation. This workshop will focus on Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that involves body sensing, breath awareness, and intention setting. Clinical research has shown that Yoga Nidra can improve sleep, aid in managing chronic pain, assist in healing, and balance the nervous system. Leti will guide you through a meditation that will take you to a place between awake and asleep where ultimate relaxation, peace, and well-being reside.

In addition to this full-body practice, you can expect reflective journaling to explore your thoughts, feelings, and aspirations in a safe space. The workshop will then culminate in a soothing Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath, to allow you to access more expansive dimensions of awareness.
