AN INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED PILATES SERIES TO TAKE YOUR PRACTICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Designed for those with a solid foundation in Pilates, this Intermediate/Advanced Pilates series will challenge you with advanced exercises on the reformer, jumpboard, chair, and tower, building intensity week by week. With a focus on core strengthening, correct form, and dynamic movement, you'll learn how the Pilates method progresses to push your stamina and elevate your workout. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll refine your technique and discover how to make even beginner exercises more challenging. By the end of the series, you'll walk away feeling taller, stronger, and confident.
Prerequisite: Intermediate level experience, strong knowledge of Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, tower), and no injuries.

About Ramsay
Ramsay has been in the movement "biz" for over 20 years, and has taught many different fitness modalities including road and trail running. She began Pilates training to improve her bike racing, and went on to receive her Balanced Body certification. While Ramsay geeks out on proper form and technique, she also believes exercise should feel like playtime!
