OVERCOME ANXIETY, CALM YOUR RACING MIND, AND IMPROVE SLEEP WITH BUTEYKO MINDFULNESS BREATHING

Do you struggle with anxiety, restless nights, or even sleep apnea? Does a stuffy nose or difficulty breathing sound familiar?

Many common issues—like anxiety, poor sleep, and nasal congestion—can be traced back to irregular breathing patterns. In today’s fast-paced, overstimulated world, it's easy to fall into the trap of over-breathing, which can exacerbate these symptoms.

This workshop offers science-backed education on functional breathing and will teach you seven effective breathing techniques to help alleviate your specific challenges. You’ll also learn how to incorporate these breathwork techniques into your daily routine for lasting improvement.

Led by a certified breathwork instructor, this workshop combines education with practical exercises, giving you the tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance your overall well-being through mindful, controlled breathing.

Headshot of Connor DentAbout Connor
Originally trained as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Connor discovered the importance of breath organically by observing his clients. He noticed that the breathing patterns of the clients directly reflected both their ability to handle pressure and their perceived, and actual, progress from the bodywork.

Through his studies and travel, Connor has armed himself with the knowledge of the Buteyko method under one arm, and the elite power of the Oxygen Advantage® under the other. He also has a history of personal study into Pranayama yoga. Connor graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in 2021 and completed his training at the Buteyko Clinic in 2024.

Connor is driven to help people reduce their chronic anxiety, sleep apnea symptoms, and enhance their athletic performance through the modality of breath.
