Over four weeks, the series will cover essential techniques, starting with squat fundamentals, progressing to mastering the bench press, and perfecting the deadlift. You'll receive personalized feedback to enhance your technique and learn how to structure an effective training program. This series is perfect for beginners, intermediate lifters wanting to improve and refine their technique, or anyone looking to gain confidence in the gym. Expect expert coaching, a supportive environment, improved lifting mechanics, increased strength, and a newfound confidence with barbells.
