Function and Fascia: 6-Week Pilates Series
Take a deeper dive into the 3 F’s of Pilates – Form, Function, and Fascia!
Sam will take you on an in-depth exploration into structural Pilates exercises, breath, and incorporating functional movement to target your fascia. You’ll use the Pilates Equipment, balls, rollers, and weights.
In this series, you’ll learn the Anatomy and Physiology associated with the exercises, functional exercises for mobility and flexibility, Fascia 101 and how to strengthen, balance, and release it. Gain an improved mind/body connection while using the Pilates equipment, and deeper knowledge of your own physiology and knowledge you can apply both in class and in daily life!
This series is open to all levels and beneficial for all ages/body types.

About Sam
Samantha received her BFA in Dance in 2015 while simultaneously beginning her Pilates certification. She is certified through Balanced Body University. She has experience working with special populations such as pre/postnatal, scoliosis, brain injury, osteoporosis, osteopenia, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, fascia release work, and athletic training. Sam focuses her classes and private sessions on anatomy, form, fascial health, and flow.
