We are going BIG for this momentous milestone! In addition to running awesome membership deals (including free services!) throughout October, we're throwing a big birthday bash on Wednesday, October 12.
Join us at our gym for free classes all day, fundraising classes for NAMI, raffles, and fun events all throughout the day!

7 – 7:45am: | Donation-based Pilates Mat with Desi Koome |
8 - 10am: | Complimentary Breakfast and Coffee in the Lobby, including gluten-free treats from Peoples RX. |
9 - 10am: | Power Hour! Compete in fun fitness challenges led by our instructors for a chance to win prizes like a free month of membership and a bundle from Peoples RX! Each game will be a max of 10-15 minutes - play in one, or all four! » Bosu Balance with Laurie |
12 - 12:45pm: | Donation-based Pure Strength led by Amid Archibald |
