GET READY FOR A HIGH INTENSITY CORE WORKOUT!
This challenging workshop uses Pilates-focused moves with the TRX suspension system. This popular fitness prop will deliver a core workout like no other! If you are looking for some fresh moves and ideas, this workshop is perfect for you. In this one-hour workshop we will work in a small group and also utilize the Power Tower machines to keep our heart rates elevated.
