FAQs ABOUT PHYSICAL THERAPY AT CASTLE HILL FITNESS:
Do I need a referral from a primary care physician to see Mark for Physical Therapy Services?
No! Due to recent Texas Law changes, Texans who want physical therapy for an injury or pain management can now access their Physical Therapist without first seeing a physician or other healthcare provider. Physical therapists now have direct access to a client without a physician referral for 10 business days for each individual issue treated and addressed. In cases that will require a longer course of treatment, a Physician referral is needed.
Can I use my health insurance to pay for services?
Currently, all Physical Therapy services are self-pay through Castle Hill Fitness. Reimbursement is up to your individual insurance provider; we do not do any billing on behalf of clients.
What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. For example, if you see Mark specifically for neck and shoulder issues, a tank top is helpful. If you have knee and ankle issues, shorts are best. Otherwise, any comfortable exercise-appropriate clothing works!!
