Join Sam in this small group series exploring the principles of Pilates. Whether your goal is to join a class or gain a deeper understanding of your body, this class is designed to educate and inspire. You will have the opportunity to practice the basic foundational exercises using the mat, props, and equipment, leaving you feeling stronger and more in tune with your body.
This series is designed for true beginners, yet beneficial for all. No Pilates experience necessary.

About Sam
Sam received her BFA in Dance in 2015 while simultaneously beginning her Pilates certification. She is certified through Balanced Body University. She has experience working with special populations such as pre/postnatal, scoliosis, brain injury, osteoporosis, osteopenia, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, fascia release work, and athletic training. Sam focuses her classes and private sessions on anatomy, form, fascial health, and flow.
