Bike Fit Tip: Marking Positions

Having a cycling position well-marked on the bicycle can save time and reduce frustration.  Sometimes we decide to make a quick seat, cleat or bar change out on the road only to learn that we want to put things back the way they were. A well-marked position takes the guesswork out of resetting that original position. It also helps when packing and reassembling a bike when traveling. The following pictures show where to mark key areas on the bike:
