The practice of Tai Chi Chuan balances the "great polarity" otherwise known as yin & yang. These opposing forces are in constant flux in nature as well as our bodies, and Tai Chi Chuan teaches us how to live in harmony with these forces. The benefits of consistent practice are vast, but students will improve balance, increase flexibility, tone muscles, and boost immunity.

Meet Jeff
Jeff Bowman is a Master Personal Trainer who left the corporate world for career in fitness in order to spread the important message: "health is wealth!" Jeff has practiced Tai Chi in Qigong for over 10 years and also teaches a Friday 8:30am weekly class.
