Castle Hill Fitness is excited to announce that on November 15th it will launch an online reservation system for weekly classes to member and non-member clients.

Clients will be able to:

  • Reserve and pay online for a class up to 2 weeks in advance
  • View which classes are open and which have filled up
  • Cancel a class reservation online up to 4 hours before class start time¹
  • Schedule on our website or with the MindBody Connect mobile app

Clients have enjoyed enrolling online for class series and workshops at Castle Hill Fitness for many years. Speaking of the capabilities for clients to register for weekly classes, Programs Manager, Amy Rogers, says:

“It was a logical next step for the club and our clients. With this service, we are able to give some assurance to those with busy schedules that they can attend the class they want to. It will bring our customer service to the next level.”

Castle Hill offers close to 100 classes a week that are open to members and the public alike. The downtown gym provides dedicated spaces for classes as varied as Pilates Equipment to Indoor Cycling. Each class includes mats, towels, and filtered water in addition to a loaded props closet tailored to the space.

¹Complete client policy will be made available on launch date.

I love this! Now I will know ahead of time if I’m going to have to book it through traffic to get a spot in class! Is the mind/body app something for CH members, or just for community classes? Do you have your own app or are you developing one? Thanks for making getting into the high-demand classes a little less stressful! e

Hi Jenny,
I understand what you mean. A class cannot be totally booked out online. We have reserved some walk in spots for people in just these types of situations. I hope this helps get you to class!
