HAPPY HOUR MOVEMENT & MUSIC This unique monthly class blends live music and movement to get you out of your head and into your body! YOGA WALL Yoga Wall is a therapeutic practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These props support you to stay in postures for longer and provide a more restorative practice. | |
