IS THE WFH LIFE COMING TO AN END?
With more of America continuing to reopen, more of you may be making your way back into the office. (Are you excited to wear real pants again, or still clutching to your leggings?) As your work-from-home routine comes to an end, some of those virtual and in-person classes may not work as well with your new (old?) schedule.
But don’t worry! Our schedule features virtual and in-person classes that can fit into your workday, whether it’s before, during, or after! With yoga, Pilates, barre, strength, water, and cardio classes available, you can enjoy a well-rounded fitness routine for your whole week! Most of these classes are 45 minutes, making them effective and quick ways to get your daily sweat sessh in. You don’t even have to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness – a la carte passes and class package cards are available so you can drop in, sweat it out, and carry on with your day.
MONDAYS 7AM | Strong and Fierce! with Tara at Downtown
Unleash your inner fierceness! Build strength and endurance in this 45-minute, high-paced class. Every changing circuit will include weight lifting, resistance bands, bodyweight, jump ropes, and plyometrics.
TUESDAYS 7:30AM | LIVE! Sunrise Power Yoga with Kelly at Downtown and Virtual
The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. Modifications will be offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. The perfect way to start the day!
WEDNESDAYS 7AM | Total Body Build with Jeremy at Downtown
Muscle isn’t built in a day, but Jeremy’s full-body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Jeremy leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form.
WEDNESDAYS 7AM | Cycle Barre with Amy at 360
Flow Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures). Experience a sense of fluid physical motions in this mindful flow class. Warm up the body, connect consciously with your breath. Leave feeling centered, invigorated, and ready to meet your day!

MONDAYS 12PM | All Levels Pilates Equipment with Jaime at Downtown
Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.

MONDAYS 5:15PM | Rhythm Ride with Miguel at Downtown
It’s ALL about the beat in this fun-filled cardio class. Challenge yourself in and out of the saddle and watch the sweat come pouring down. Expect to work hard and enjoy every minute. Light weights will be used for a quick blast of high endurance arm work mid-way through class. Emphasis on safe form and proper cycling technique will be taught.

Lift your fitness with this strength-building class that moves through a circuit of stations. Jeremy switches it up each week to keep your workout fresh!
MONDAYS 5:30PM | Holistic Yoga with Mark on Virtual
Set your intention to create space for transformation by deepening the mind/body connection in this holistic yoga practice. Class involves elements of movement/posture, breathwork, and meditation. Great starting point for beginners and those working through an injury.

High-intensity water-based class that gets your heart pumping. Your muscles will be worked by the natural resistance of the water while going easier on your joints. Don’t underestimate Jeremy’s abilities to make it burn, even in the water.
