YOGA - Anusara-Inspired™ Beginner Yoga series  with Mandy
7:15 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays
This 6 week Anusara Inspired™ Beginner Series will introduce the students to the bio mechanical principles of the body known as the universal principles of alignment. They will also be introduced to the the heart-oriented spiritual philosophy of Anusara Yoga as well as the energetic actions, known as the loops and spirals. This series is perfect for the raw beginner and those who are interested in learning more about Anusara Yoga. There is no yoga experience necessary and the series is suitable for those who have injuries.

6 to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday / 3 weeks
Mini Bootcamp is a fun opportunity to start your workdays fully energized and stimulated, while guaranteeing you are getting a good 5-hour dose of quality workouts per week. This is ideal to jumpstart your fitness program, crank it up a notch, and or experience the benefits of a balanced training program. While participants of all levels are welcome, the program is targeted towards beginner and intermediate level students.

Join us for Kishan's yoga ritual designed to cleanse and celebrate our bodies and minds. Using Dinacharya (daily cleansing techniques), Sankalpa (intention directed toward a specific outcome), herbs, and a special yoga asana sequence we will empower the body and mind to detoxify themselves.

Join Kishan for a Prana Vinyasa yoga class devoted to transformation through Tapasya (heat) on the yoga mat focusing on Agni Bala (power of the inner fire) within the body and mind.
