"I had no idea that the most favorite gym that I've ever used in my life, the one that finally turned around my contempt of exercise by actually making it fun and unintimidating, also was run with the same concern and thoughtfulness for the future of the planet and its inhabitants that I feel.  "
Heather Page

Riding the Edge  with Jerry
6:30 to 8 a.m. Thursdays
The series is designed to determine threshold heartrate and to train very close to that number for three consecutive weeks in an effort to raise the threshold to a higher level thus increasing the fitness of the rider and the average speed out on the road. Class-series participants are highly encouraged to attend Jerry's 7:00 AM Monday/Wednesday morning classes as well to get more saddle time with the heartrate monitor to get an even bigger boost in threshold.

This series will be an awesome start to your training program and will provide valuable heartrate data for setting goals for the rest of 2010. Feel free to email or call Jerry Gerlich at 512.576.9144 with questions.

Entering the Heart of Practice
with Christina Sell + Noah Mazé
At the heart of practice is the Heart itself. In the philosophies that inform Anusara Yoga the Heart is seen as the gateway to the essence of Reality where we are connected to our deepest truths and the deepest truths of the Spirit. Discipline, from this vantage point, is not some imposed ideal nor some outer standard to perfect. Disciplined practice is simply the natural and dedicated expression of the recognition of one's Heart.

Anchoring Yourself in Your Intention: Hip Opening - all levels

10am to 1 p.m. Saturday:
